This is beautiful, Danielle. I totally get it! When your childhood, your parents, are less than ideal, you are probably going to strive to be SUPER PARENT. My goal used to be to “raise my children in such a way that they WON’T need therapy.” Hahaha! One is already in counseling. We’ll see what happens with the other two!
